We got the chair...

but you know the story...the box is way more fun!

But she did get some use out of it later on, watching TV...again, it was the Backyardigans!

Not sure why but seeing her in this makes me happy! The boys like it too which is a problem...they are much too big and I am afraid they will rip it or something. I think once we knock that wall down in our family room they may need the bigger ones.

Ally and I also did some painting yesterday.

But quickly decide that was great and dove right in, ditching the brush altogether!

More Cross Country

Brandon and Billy had another Cross Country meet yesterday, this time in Brentwood. They both did great.

And after being quite cranky for the first hour she found a way of entertaing herself

Apparantly she had some phone calls to make

She still has qutie a nasty cold but is feeling much better, thank goodness!

Home with a sickie...

She is not feeling well today. So we are staying home. Lots of snuggling with blanky and "ginky" (it has to be the pink one!) and watching Backyardigans on TV.



Hope she is better tomorrow for our trip to the Burlington Mall to go to Pottery Barn Kids with Amber and Armani...we have been looking forward to this for a couple weeks. We are splurging on this chair. Been wanting to get her this for a while but I do not want to pay shipping. Poor thing, she carries around her little booster seat and sits in that! Baby girl needs a chair!

More Football

Just a quick post because it has been a while. Been a busy week. More football this morning for Max, bright and early at 8 am. This game was super exciting...first play of the game max scored his first of 3 touchdowns! I missed a photo of the first one but her he is scoring his 2nd and 3rd:

The ended up wining but it was a very close, exciting game.

On our way home we stopped by a yard sale and found this for Ally:



I see many photo shoots with this in the future! We also got her a little tikes playhouse for $25 and a bucnh of Disney princess dolls that she loves. I love bargains!

Now we have a little breather between games. Brandon's is at noon and then I promised the boys a trip to Toys R Us where they are giving a free Pokemon download today. Crossing my fingers for a short line!

This One's For You Dad...

The games were both good. Max had his first win. He has two girls on his team who happened to score all the points for their first win...Go Girls! They are awesome and a lot of fun to watch. Both Max and Brandon had some excellent running plays too.

Also on Saturday, Max and I were craving these



Fried Pickles from Muddy River. Mmmmmm...they were yummy! We took them to one of our favorite playgrounds, The New Castle Elementary school and had a little Fried Pickle picnic. We also needed to do our annual picture with Daddy their. Last year we did this

on Al's 40th birthday there. So we decided to make it a September tradtion. This year I got this

There has been a lot of changes in hair this year, that's for sure!

5 Minutes 57 Seconds

...is how fast he can run a mile!

I am so completely impressed! I had no idea he could do this! He came in 31st out of about 150 boys, 4th and 5th graders. This was his first Cross Country meet. And I had never been to one either and had no idea how exciting they are. It was so much fun to watch these kids run their hearts out!

Meanwhile, while I was having so much fun watching Brandon, this one had other ideas:

It was better than the alternative of risking her life on the jungle gym jam packed with kids. FYI local family members: Billy and Brandon have meets for the next 5 Wednesdays at 4:00. The next one in in Stratham (9/26) and I highly recommend coming if you can make it!
