Ruby

Yesterday we added Ruby to our family:


Ruby is Coco's actual sister. My sister Kelly's bunnies had another litter so we decided that Coco needed some company. And I think we were right...Coco seems so much happier to have a little buddy.


They chase each other around having a good 'ol time and then will just flop down next to each...so cute. When I checked on them before I went to bed last night they were all snuggled up together...awwww.
And Ally is happy to have a bunny to hold again:


Ruby is very good about being held...hopefully that will last!

The Lake Part II

The best part of the vacation for the boys was definitely tubing and waterskiing. Scott and Kelly recently bought a boat and Scott brought the kids tubing every afternoon...they looked forward to this all day long!

We met the neighbors next door and they offered to teach our kids to waterski...they ended up skiing every day! i never imagined they would be waterskiing this summer and they all did so awesome!







And I forgot Max's favorite tubing picture where he thinks he is doing a handstand:


Sigh....we miss it so much!

The Lake

Finally getting around to posting those pictures:) We had the best time at the lake...I miss it so much and can't wait to go back next year. I woke up most mornings to find the boys either fishing or hearing that they had already been...they love to fish here:




Even Ally got in on the fisshing with her Dora fishing pool (no hook):


She was content most of the week to just float around the water with her aunties:


or to just hang around on the shore:

And I experience my very first campfire and made real smores for the first time!
The kids love these campfires, such great memories for them:







I will have to do a Lake Part II tomorrow because I have so many more pictures, especially of the tubing and waterskiing which were definitely the highlight of the week for the boys.

I'm Back...

from what was possibly one of our best vacations ever!

Spent my week waking up to this:


It was the most relaxing week, just what we needed. The kids waterskied, tubed, swam, and fished...so fun. I have a ton of photos to finish editing ( I took over 1000!)...hope to post more later!

Summer!

The past few weeks have just been a whirlwind of summertime activities...We have been super busy, but having a great time. But it hasn't left much time for blogging...it just leaves me exhausted:) Anyways, here are some glimpses of summer so far in photos:

The first week and a half of summer was pretty much baseball 24/7. The boys had baseball camp in the mornings and then Brandon had all star games at night. Both boys won awards this year at camp...they both won best catch for their age groups and Brandon won the coach's award for his age group which resulted in this awesome trophy:

And the all star games were pretty exciting but I have to admit that I am glad they are over:)

because now the fun summer water activities begin:

We went mini golfing on his birthday:

He got some cool Celtics presents from Nana and Papa:
The very moment he turned exactly 7 (It is becoming a big thing in this family to document this moment!):

And I still have a lot of photos to go through from his party but here are a couple. He had a laser tag party at a local indoor skate park:




she kept up with the boys the whole party!

This week has been lots of pool and beach ...and I haven't taken a single photo! I needed a little break from the camera!
